These are great wipes but I got an unexpected surprise - it's not rigid vinyl but vinyl woven into a pattern with tiny holes throughout is . I bought this primarily as a rug to put under a nice white porcelain fountain for my cats to drink from so it was important that it was a water barrier but since it's on a table I can at least use it to To prevent scratching the wood at the bottom of the well, so it's not useless.
