I bought this for my 2016 Murano. It came with no instructions and at first I thought it didn't fit so I wanted to send it back. I contacted our local Nissan dealership with questions about installing the crossbars. They sent me complete instructions. After following the instructions, the crossbars fit my Murano perfectly. There is plastic that needs to be removed from the rails to attach the crossbars, without removing the plastic the crossbars will not fit. Nissan confirmed that they also remove the plastic when installing the cross members in the service department. I am very satisfied with the quality of this item. I had a screw hole that wasn't drilled when we received the item, but we were able to do it ourselves very easily.
