I like that this tool is able to be easily integrated into my existing database, allowing me quick access when needed for any future updates/changes or new product releases by our clients! As with many other products in its class; there are some things we'd love to see changed but it's not something which will impact your decision of choosing them over another solution provider so no real complaints here! The ease at integrating both their cloud-based version as well as local desktop versions has been an advantage since day 1 - they have continued to develop these solutions further still ensuring easy upgrade paths from one service level to next if required later down the line without having issues!
