Not an American item as I would expect from Lisle. If I had known it was a Chinese product (despite the answer to the question above) I would not have bought it. Otherwise the finish on it is consistent and nice, despite being black that clearly says what isn't. It's not for percussion use as it's designed for nothing more than removing plastic oil filter housings.
- Low profile head suitable for 35mm and 36mm fuel and oil filters. Low profile outlet works in tight spaces. Drive 3/8 inch. Not for use with an impact wrench.
