It took me a few headbutts on the sunroof before I bought it to replace the stock sunroof dampers on my 2015 Honda Fit EX. Love the quality and the fact that it's made in the USA. I first replaced both and was surprised that the 2 new dampers are not perfect because they have too much force so now I have to dodge when opening the hatch. to prevent the hatch from hitting my face or chin. lol The solution was to just replace one and keep one OEM and that was perfect. No more boxing with a hatch. LMAO. Now I have a backup in case of an emergency. Installation was quick and easy. It comes with instructions and a QR code to install the video. It took me 5 minutes at most. I recommend that a friend hold the sunroof when installing as the sunroof will inevitably fall down once removed. I made it myself and you know what. I literally used my head to hold the hatch to do this. I hope this helps and you read well. Highly recommended.
