Great Value for my opinion
First of all, this slotted spoon matches the decor in my kitchen. Second, it is durable and fits well in my hand. The handle doesn't get hot but then again I don't leave it in the pot or pan I am cooking with. I use this mainly for skimming out french fries from the oil I am frying them in. Also,I skim out anything I am cooking in broth like meat or chicken. I am glad I purchased this.
- I love how sturdy it is. Its exactly what I wanted to use for my soup recipes.
- The slotted design may not work well with certain types of pots or pans
