The main problem is that after initial installation with the fitting in the correct position it does not prevent fuel from entering the filled tank. So now I have to turn off the valve so that the fuel doesn't fall to the ground. The second issue was that the fitting itself had sharp burrs from the initial machining that I had to sand down. Problem 3 is that the ball valve that came with the kit is the cheapest ball valve you will find as it is a stamped valve which I did not trust enough to install. Problem 4 is that due to the way it's packaged, the tubing comes out of the box with some pretty good bends. Luckily for my setup, I was able to cut the hose at its worst bend, which I couldn't figure out. easy. So in hindsight when I installed the kit I can't remove it so it should stay for now but with the packaging and the cheap parts costing too much the quality should be a lot better at $85. The only plus point was that the fitting could easily be plugged directly into the standard inlet hose. The hose clamps they give for 5/16" hoses are better for larger hoses and not quite right for the job, but they work, the two smaller ones I used when connecting to my electric valve worked much better .
