Being a seasoned pet owner and internet shopper, I had higher expectations for WEDAWN. Despite having a respectable product assortment, I thought their website was dated and difficult to use. Finding particular products is challenging due to their search function's limitations and frequent inaccuracies. Another annoying thing was the absence of comprehensive product information and customer reviews. I had problems returning items and getting refunds, and shipping was costly and slowly. Overall, I was dissatisfied with my interaction with WEDAWN and would not advise advanced consumers to use them.
