It has really helped us by integrating with Salesforce Marketing Cloud which helps in tracking leads more efficiently, it also saves time as you can do all your work online from one platform. I dislike its UI or user interface. The customization of screens is not easy at first but once you get used to using this software then it becomes very useful and efficient. It's a great tool if you are working within sales team or sales processes. We have been able to track our pipeline by adding fields of interest and linking those fields together. This allows us to see where we stand in terms of our pipelines compared to others.
