Decent stereo Poor customer service

Stereo is a bit slow but works decently. The main problem I found is that there is no way to connect obd2 to stereo. I asked the seller for help and they don't help at all. It is unable to see paired or discovered Bluetooth devices. There is also no clear guide for screen mirroring for a mobile phone. I tried to contact customer service several times and they answered but no useful information.
