It helped us keep track of our orders in real time - we were able to see what was coming next at each station/table without having someone there! Also made it easy when adding new staff as they could just log their hours straight off once set up correctly (we used custom fields).
Being an online service is its downfall; I'd like more offline support too if possible? But this isn't really anything that's wrong per se- everything works fine but you do have be somewhat proactive about keeping your information updated so any errors are picked right away rather than being left until after opening or closing times etc., which can cause problems later downthe line especially around payouts / refunds where things need double checking against records before processing payments out again.- We've been using feast plan since mid 2017 now successfully managing over 40 restaurants including 5 sites across 2 states via both web interface AND mobile app plus POS systems from 4 different suppliers all integrated.
