As with other reviews, the download and usage instructions are not obvious or specific. Once on the Brother website I was able to download the driver to my Macbook Pro on the first try. However, I had to read the instructions several times before I could continue. The driver download link for the 1200 was in the EUR (Europe) column, not the US. After downloading the driver and application, everything else was easy. I tested the product and the result was legal. Fast and accurate. You'll have to play around with the settings, but it's easy. The manual that came with the device is useless. Don't even read, just go to the website.
