Review on Efficient Uxcell 15mm Straight Shank Drill for Precision Drilling by Carta Gutierrez

Firstly, the item I received was clearly used and was returned - it should not have been resold. Second, it shouldn't have been resold because it's not true! I guess whoever returned it quickly found they couldn't drill a 15mm hole because it wobbled all over the place. Luckily I tested this before I ruined something expensive. While it's difficult to bend a 15mm drill bit, it's not impossible, but it looks like shoddy manufacturing. The finish of the drill is rough at best. Yes, the price is low, but a drill that doesn't work costs less than nothing.
