Not perfect quality, some small defect.
If you are building a system from 0, then everything is very simple to install, but if you just change the old one to a new one, then everything is not so simple. I had to remove the fan from the cooler. It copes with cooling worse than the boxed one from Intel, although it does not have a copper core. The price is very high. The only good thing is the noise level.
