This is for beauty only, not utility. After just a few uses, the sharpness faded away and we see jags and bends on the sharp edge of the blade. For the $30 price tag, we didn't expect any less from the lifetime sharpness and sacrificing harshness. So don't always go for the best selection of Amazons. This purchase proves that Amazon's best choice will be its worst choice.
