Great replacement for my frequently used bread knife!
I didn't realize how poorly my old knife cut until I tried the new Victorinox when I got it. Wow! He cut open a loaf of tough sourdough without leaving all the crumbs my old knife would have left. It requires less pressure and gives me a much more satisfying piece of bread!
