As a professional chef I`m so glad I found this incredible knife. It's incredibly sharp and perfectly balanced, with a precision-cut blade that makes quick work of vegetables and fruits alike .The handle IS light and ergonomic, fitting comfortably in my hand for hours of use. The only downside is that it's so good, I'm afraid to let my colleagues use it for fear they'll steal it!
