Over the years our 6 year old Cane Corso has always had a problem staying away from litter and things left on the shelves. We have lost countless breads, rolls and butter. She looted the trash whenever it was left behind. She knew not to eat litter and got into trouble so many times for eating litter that she stopped throwing it around and just took it out piece by piece and put it back in her cage. I just spent $60,000 remodeling our kitchen and a stupid dog climbed on a new $8,000 countertop and ripped it off while eating my wife's lunch as she got ready for work. I'm amazed that even our stupid, stubborn beast was cured of his bad habits in just one day. As a test, I left a bag of yesterday's leftovers in the middle of the kitchen last night. I even made sure to leave some delicious rib bones on top. I went downstairs this morning and it was completely untouched. I was so impressed that I gave her the bones as a reward.
