I like that it's easy to use, you can do everything from creating your own custom logos for free or paying $5/month to access all of their templates which are great! The customer service is also really good as well - they're always willing to help out if there needs to be any questions answered (or sometimes even when answering) so far nothing bad here at this point in time.

And don't forget about how simple it makes adding contact information so much easier than using other services such as Google Drive etc..
