Update: I found an issue where it wasn't working below 20mph. The real reason is insufficient belt tension. After a slight adjustment of the clamping screw, this PS pump now runs like clockwork! Another thing I want to mention is that this item doesn't come with two o-rings for high and low horsepower hoses. When replacing the PS pump, you must also replace the two O-rings. I had to go to a Honda dealer for these two tiny O-rings. I hope the seller could include these two o-rings with the pump themselves like some competitors do. Anyway, since the pump works fine, I canceled my return request and updated my rating from 1 to 4. 1 point deduction without the two O-rings. The buyer must be aware of this! This pump does not run at low speed! The steering assistance starts at around 20 km/h. However, when making local turns, the speed is almost always under 20 mph. This defective item is a waste of my time and money!
