Besides the fact that it contains charcoal for extra cleaning, I really like this floss because it works my teeth so much better. It seems to me thinner, but at the same time very durable, does not tear or tear on me. A few interdental spaces are a little tight and I have trouble with regular flossing. Not only do my dental floss get stuck or break, I'm also afraid of damaging my teeth. For some reason this floss works much better for me. Because it's so thin, it moves easily between the gaps without fear of damaging my teeth. It is waxed so it slides very easily. It hasn't stuck or ripped for me yet. Comes with two different floss containers. One is made of bamboo and looks beautiful on the counter. Works pretty well. The second is smaller and made of glass. I like to use it for travel. Each box comes with its own set of floss, plus you get two spare spools. I am very happy with this dental floss. Cleans very well and gets what I would otherwise miss with all my other dental instruments. Good product.
