I bought these to put on the patio after some old string lights broke. I was looking for colored ones but decided to try these as half the colored ones looked like glowing tapeworms. These are real ROPE lights, so if that's what you're looking for then you've come to the right place. The quality is excellent. Now for the cons. They looked great when I wore them during the day. That night, to my surprise, I saw that they were so bright it was like daylight on my deck. Even with the blinds closed on my back door, you could have sworn you were being abducted by aliens. Real people will be able to see them from an airplane at 35,000 feet or even from Venus I suspect. So yeah, great lights, but very bright. And even though they say warm white, they're white white.
