Not steel, but damn good. value
First, I'm a police officer. So I arrested 3 guys for POCS and only 2 pairs of handcuffs. Instead of tying 2 together I used these and they worked pretty well. The guy wasn't fighting back or making any effort to get out of them, but he certainly wasn't going to get out of them even if he tried. You're strong enough to hold a guy. Convenient to store in a patrol bag
