Our office bought 40 of these when the pandemic hit and literally every other major brand camera was selling out. Now we're back in the office and employees are starting to use these cameras to interact with customers. The camera quality is "good" and the sound is "not so good" even with the level set to 100 in Windows device properties. But the camera is ok. The only annoying thing is that the camera doesn't mirror the image properly when zoomed in. If the person using this camera lifts a handwritten character on a piece of paper, the other participants in the Zoom call cannot read it. You will now say that you need to go into your Zoom settings and either enable or disable "Mirror Video". Well you are wrong. This setting only affects one's self-image as the person using the camera. This does not affect your camera's output to the rest of the callers. While this isn't always an issue, it's quite annoying when you're trying to show something to the camera. It's best to spend your money on a big brand that you already know and are used to.
