The quality of the microphone on this webcam is very poor. To others, during a conversation, you sound like you're stuck in a keg. The problem is not with my computer or system - tried a different webcam and all sounded fine. The camera quality is acceptable for a relatively cheap webcam.

I have this camera for my work computer and am very happy with the quality and ease of use of this camera. With the whole COVID situation we have made our meetings virtual and it helps us all stay connected with this camera virtually. I definitely haven't used a webcam, but now here I am looking for another one for my laptop (because the built-in one is terrible in comparison)!

One of my kids needed a webcam with a microphone. This works very well. The camera has good picture quality and the microphone works quite well. Thumbs up for the price here. I have one from work that costs twice as much and seems to be about the same quality. This is used with Windows 10 video platforms, Discord and Google. I haven't tried it with Mac yet.

The company has updated their product. The original product had such a terrible microphone that I had to return it. Now the mic is better, but still not on par with my laptop's built-in mic or even the cheapest Logitech. The sound is still not as clear as we would like. Poor microphone quality. Many reviews with the first device. I sent it back for a replacement and the second one turned out to be even worse than the original. I tried a few troubleshooting suggestions from around the web to see if it was my tower and not.
