I like that you can easily customize your account with as many different accounts if needed for each client or patient depending upon what they need transcribed/interpreted. You also have access from anywhere via mobile device. It's easy to use once logged into an account but there are some learning curves when first starting out and figuring everything out. The software does not allow me to copy text directly so sometimes my work gets lost during transfers between patients unless I'm careful about copying correctly. This program allows us to keep track of all our billing details within one place instead of having several spreadsheets across multiple programs.
