I like that they are very fast with turnaround times for our projects. They also provide great customer support when you need help! The accuracy level was excellent as I have used other companies with lower prices but their product falls short when compared side by scribeson's pricing structure for my insurance coverage plans! I like that you can easily customize your account with as many different accounts if needed for each client or patient depending upon what they need transcribed/interpreted.
