Well constructed and can be installed under doors of different heights from the floor. To increase the height, detach one or more rubber backing plates from the other door stops and attach one or more under the two piece full stop. There are two tabs that fit snugly into the two holes on the bottom of the other rubber feet. One note - in my case, the rubber feet were not easy to remove from the plastic top. There are two small rubber tabs on the back of the rubber feet and I couldn't grab them with my hands or pliers and rip them off. So I pryed it out with a wide flathead screwdriver and was able to remove it. I only use this on carpet so can't talk to hard surfaces (but I think a flexible rubber backing plate would do in these situations). My door had to be stacked triple high and works great.
