Not at all what I expected.Terrible!

The fact that it was broken upon arrival (the box had been opened, the battery had drained to zero) cast a pall over the entire transaction. Someone, it seems, has swapped out the batteries. Even with regular use, the maker claims the cube's battery will last for 2 years. Therefore, the cost of replacing a battery is not just 250 dollars, but also time.

Pros

The remote is sleek and ergonomic, and it performs admirably.
