Great Chatbot Platform & Customer Engagement Solution

Meera is quite an effective conversational A.I platform. The technology is at a high level of expertise. The platform helps the marketing teams get the information out to the customers and helps build the relationships. The platform is quite a new one and the functionality should get a bit more improved. They need to have more interaction with the customers and the marketing teams should be more agile and more self-explanatory. This one is a great product and it is quite a new one to the market. They helped to build a platform that increases the relationships with the customers and helps the sales and marketing teams to drive more conversations. They also helped the customers to build the relationships with the marketing teams. We've been using Meera for about 6 months now as our chat platform within Salesforce and it's so far exceeded all expectations! They have helped us implement a fully functional and engaging customer experience across channels - from live chat, AI driven FAQ bots to email autoresponders. I can't think of anything negative to say at this point. This has made onboarding new leads very efficient and we're seeing great results in terms of engagement rates.
