It's a nice material with good backing to prevent slipping.

After doing a lot of research on floor coverings, I chose these for their sleek "new generation" looks. They are for my 2014 Ram 2500 MEGA cab, I say MEGA not crew or quad cab because many manufacturers don't know if they will fit in a MEGA cab. I think they are called "extended flight deck". It's a good material with a good backing to prevent movement. It looks like they're relatively easy to clear in the winter once they hit the rapids. I think I'll use my ice scraper to brush the mud or snow straight through the open door. My reason for only 3 stars: rear floor and passenger side fit perfectly, driver's side not so much. This is the most common bet and must be correct. Imagine your foot on the gas pedal and now imagine where your ankle will be. There is too much material in the bushing causing it to protrude from the transmission tunnel. I took it out and put it in the sun with a weight in place to "relax" it a bit, but it still doesn't fit like it should. I don't know if it's the mold they make it out of or a subtle change in the vehicle from the original "laser" dimension, but it's annoying. My only choices right now is to find the center of the bulge, cut it with a knife and either overlap or trim the remaining 2 pieces until it's exactly how it should be. That's my problem with buying things you can't touch or see fit before you buy. If I had a Ford F-150 I would probably look at other people to compare or find them at a local parts store to try. With a unique vehicle, however, this is a bit more difficult. I hope this helps future buyers with their decision and I'm not saying they are all but mine aren't as good as they could be. Thanks
