Don't always grind
This is a very nice grinder, but it doesn't want to grind all the time. I spend most of my time using it, turning it upside down and banging it on the counter hoping it will catch the peppercorn. and i start rubbing I don't know if everyone has them or just me. I would have sent it back but discarded the box it came in. Maybe consider before buying!
