Review on 🚿 Dura Faucet DF-SA100S-WT: Smoked Acrylic Knob RV/Motorhome/Trailer Shower Faucet Valve Diverter in White – Superior Quality by Mike Bucher

This is a fairly basic product and good enough for its purpose as an occasional shower for an RV. Made entirely of plastic so it won't rust or corrode and if you have DIY skills installation is a breeze. I am writing this review mainly to comment on how the manufacturer wants to receive the installation instructions. Rather than just providing a plain printed sheet, vendors include a business card in the box that directs the customer to their website to download instructions. Some issues related to this method. First, the model number on the box does not match any of the model numbers listed on the website. I finally realized they missed some letters/numbers and finally found the model numbers in abbreviated form. Why do? Also, I used my phone first and waited for the download to start. It's not like this. I had to fiddle around to see what to do next and in the end I gave up and just used a regular computer. I was most interested in which direction the seals on the union nuts should go, but there is nothing in the instructions about this. Perhaps one of the most important points was completely ignored during the installation! Note to the manufacturer. Quit impressing anyone with your technical bullshit and just put a printed installation guide in the box. Save us all the time and frustration.
