Not great for eggs best in my review
This item has razor sharp slicers, not thin wires like a regular egg slicer. I haven’t tried it on tomatoes or cooked beets, but it might work well for those. I ended up buying another egg slicer with wires.

- The egg slicer may not be suitable for use in commercial kitchens due to its fragile design
