My daughter has a 2006 Mustang GT with a Factory Shaker 1000 radio and it was very difficult to find how to turn on the AUX jack on the radio. Some websites said this feature wasn't available on 2005-2006 models, but I decided to take a chance. 2 Phillips head screws to remove console, pull back side panels on dashboard. Remove the 6 7mm dash screws from the radio, disconnect the 3 wires at the top of the dash (easy), disconnect the wires for the fans and vents (not that bad if you know how to disconnect them (find see them on YouTube) Remove the 4 screws for the radio Now just plug the cable into the APPS2Car Stereo AUX Adapter plug into the cable. There is a ground cable and a battery cable which I connect to the cigarette lighter (which is the top right) connected have an emergency brake on the front (where there are no moving parts) no holes to be drilled the connected phone box appears on the radio when you press the AUX connector works as expected would definitely recommend to anyone with the same equipment.
