Don't buy this! suitable for both shampoo and conditioner
This is the worst combination I have ever used for dry/damaged hair. Even before you step out of the shower, you'll notice how this combination will strip moisture from your hair and leave it as rough as straw. I would not recommend it to anyone. I wish I had tried it sooner after delivery so I could get a refund. It goes in the trash and is a waste of money. I tried about 6 times to make sure it was just a fluke. I'm going back to my old stuff to bring the softness back to my hair.
