I would give it 5 stars but have to see how long it lasts. 5 star ratings for something. So far everything is very good. If you've worked with EPDM, you know that finding something that will stick and stay that way isn't easy. All petroleum based products will cause it to frizz. It stuck pretty well. I even smeared the weathered piece without even cleaning it. Holds up very well. It's also pretty heavy for what it's worth. I also patched the area to shingles. Is okay. Although many products can stick to asphalt.
