This radio sounds great and is fun to listen to. Portable and lightweight, but not a cheap feel. The adjustment is simple and precise. The signal is stable, there is no drift. The tuner is quite sensitive and easily picks up stations that are further away. My only complaint is that it can overload and distort on some really strong stations, but again I'm very close to the station. I also like that the radio can run on batteries or AC power - not mains power. I prefer the integrated power supply. It's definitely worth the money! Great for yourself or as a gift.
