I've been looking for knife sharpeners for a long time but I didn't dare because I wasn't sure if it was worth the money. During this time, my kitchen knives gradually lost their sharpness without me knowing it. Judging by the reliability and attention to detail of other FoodVille products, I knew I had to try them. It's amazing how much you don't realize how much your knives have lost sharpness until you sharpen them again. Slicing ham and beets is easy again and takes half the time! The scissor sharpener was a little tricky to master as you will fall off when cutting with scissors. It might take a little practice, but then you'll break a sweat! The assisting feed and large handle make it easy to belay while sharpening your large chef's knives or the Floridan's regular loin knife! I can't say enough is enough. All FoodVille products live up to their claim with small details to make the job easier!
