Terrible, this tape is shrinking a lot

I bought this product in June 2019 and put it on my truck in July 2019. After a month the tape started shrinking and now my truck looks awful. I've attached photos and you can see the glue marks where the tape settled. Not at all satisfied with the product. I didn't stretch it, just applied pressure to release it from the roll of tape. I established a starting point and then gradually applied the tape to allow for the slight stretch as it comes off the roll. I wrote to the seller about the situation. Will be updated after reply.
