Because I bought a bike seat and wasn't happy, the company worked with me to fix it. They send me a free new seat. I corresponded for over a week and was very surprised by their customer service. I'm looking forward to my new seat. The bike seat itself is comfortable but very small. I'm a size 2-4 so I'm quite small but the seat felt like I was riding a seat designed for a kids trike. I think something is wrong with the design. I wouldn't call it a WIDE bike saddle.
