I think the hood is very small.

The sweater is beautiful and the wool is soft and the green color is beautiful. I bought a large size for my grandson to grow up. Despite the fact that there is plenty of room in the body for a couple of years, the hood barely covers the back half of the head. I am extremely disappointed.

Pros

This sweater is perfect for a size 10 girl.

Cons

Limited Color Options - The Aran Crafts Irish Braided Zip Up Cardigan for kids is only available in one natural color which may not be to everyone's liking.
