Came in the wrong color but will not be returned

This aviary cute. Do you know what would be nicer? I ordered the brown one. Sending it back is too cumbersome for me, so I keep it to myself. Another problem is that it seems to me that the inside looks more like terracotta or something like that. It's not shiny. This is perfectly normal, but I think it means it will be harder to erase completely. I don't deduct any points for that. Please note that it comes in a foam box. Mine was covered in lint. I don't know how normal this is for a hamster, but that's exactly what happened here.
