I had never heard of boiling without water until I was invited to a show for a salad show where they beautiful Introduced cookware at a ridiculous price They said there is no other cookware that is waterless and cooks healthy food etc. I never fall for these commercial offers so I did some research and found these pans at a great price. I cooked them every day for 2 weeks and I love them. They are water and grease free and work just as well as the expensive Saladmaster brand! I highly recommend this cookware.
