Review on PEMENOL Fahrenheit Temperature 76F 999F Thermocouple by Malik Axmed

Not very bright for daytime use. I ordered this (a red one) to use as a temperature gauge for my smoker grill. On a clear day, even in the shade, it's difficult to read from a distance or from home. That was the whole reason I bought it. The unlit segments merge with the lit ones (see photo at 9v). Now I'm trying to find a filter that will help with the problem. A brightness control would be a great help. Otherwise this sensor is awesome. Easy to install and connect, very bright inside in daylight. I'm not sure if blue would be better.
