Review on Horizontal Professional Improvement Construction Recharging by Prettyboy Capers

I took this device with me abroad for work. Right out of the box, it wasn't automatically leveled. It's still not working in 5 days. It's a shame to use someone else's level. The laser may be permanently blocked. Once the laser is locked I think it can be carried around. I do not think so. The difficulty is that as I will be out of the country for another week I cannot return it in time to receive a refund from Revain.
