The product seems to be good. The instructions are terrible.

Looks great. It was difficult to find the right size to replace the existing pocket doorknob. This is the first account. However, we also added one to the new pocket door, so we had to start from scratch. The installation instructions are terrible. It's clear whoever wrote them never tried. I had to hollow out the end to drown my face. I had to drill a hole where the screws go in to keep the sides flush. I had to cut the hole 3 times because it didn't fit. Very annoying.
