I've been using this hair dryer for over 3 weeks and it hasn't let me down yet! It comes with four different "caps" that serve different functions. I like the flat base best. This makes it easy to flatten my designs to avoid bubbles or melting. It warms up and cools down a bit, which is not surprising. Overall the quality is amazing and the paddles are engraved with stainless steel which gives me a sense of peace. The weapon itself has the letter "O" off, medium on "I" and high on "II". On the side is the temperature dial, which looks like a red line but is actually a dial. My only wish is that it will be longer. Otherwise it works great and looks great. Definitely recommend for other fans. Thank you!
