So far so good for the screen protector

I've seen a lot of conflicting reviews on this product and it's always hard to tell if people have a problem. caused by a faulty product, people ordering the wrong thing, people not following the instructions, or people using it incorrectly, so I decided to take a chance and see it for myself. For reference, I have a Garmin Fenix 5 - with a regular (non-sapphire) face. The instructions were easy and very brief (I've applied a lot of screen protectors so I'm fairly familiar with the process; if you're doing this for the first time, you might want to watch some videos as these instructions may not be detailed enough. ). It took me a few minutes to clean the surface and apply the protection. Everything went perfectly from the first time, perfect adhesion and great optics were achieved (I can't even tell that there is a third-party protective film on the glass). The trick is that you have to be very careful to remove all the dust and you have to be very careful not to touch or contaminate the mating surface of the protector when you remove the protective film before sticking it on the watch . Overall I would give this product 5 stars apart from the fact that it comes in a 4 pack but there were only 2 packs of screen cleaners in the box (they are for single use only) and only 2 sticky dusts. Removal stickers (used to remove the last speck of dust from the dial before applying the protective film). It seems to me that this item is really just 2 packs but they added a few extra protectors with no other required items to install the extra protectors. The next step is to see how long it takes and how much abuse it takes.

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • Really don't like it, everything is fine
