Excellent quality, absolutely not expected for such a price.

Got pros:
-Price at the time of the release of Ryzen 3 series 9 990r.
- Power, multi-threading, TOP for your money.
-Heat dissipation 65 Tdp.
- Will be relevant for a few more years.
Some cons:
- No potential for overclocking
-It still gets a little warm. (66 degrees at peak, 40 at idle)
